The most important thing for us is: fun! <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" id=\"teilnahmebedingungen\">Conditions of participation<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be present on the day of the competition.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are unable to attend the award ceremony, please report to the information stand and leave your contact details.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prizes will<strong>NEVER<\/strong>be forwarded abroad! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The entry form must be filled out<strong>COMPLETELY<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By registering, you give us <strong>permission to stream your performance live and use the videos later.<\/strong> <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cosplays may be bought, borrowed or homemade.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gejinkas, genderbends and variants are allowed as long as they are officially published. OCs are not permitted. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shorts or &#8220;safety pants&#8221;<\/strong> must be worn <strong>under skirts or dresses<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obviously violent or pornographic images will be disqualified.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last minute registrations on site are<strong>NOT<\/strong>possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Violations <\/strong>of the competition rules can lead to <strong>exclusion <\/strong>from the competition!  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1330295fb9a3f8f8acdb890d0b1a95b1\">Rules and regulations<\/h2>\n\n<p>Before registering, please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aninite.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/Buehnenleifaden.pdf\"><strong>stage guide<\/strong><\/a> and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aninite.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/CharakterCosRegelnDE.pdf\">set of rules<\/a> <\/strong>before registering.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you have any questions, please use our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aninite.at\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact form<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" id=\"teilnahmebedingungen\">Registration<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=vS-9NlFDJEOLWHEKOtMaO7loUXtyNmZPibW4NHt18lNUMjRTR0JKQlZVV0pSWlJSUExES0VNMk9UNS4u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to register.<\/a><\/strong><br\/><strong>Registration deadline: 01.08.2025, 23:59 hrs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>Forms of participation and stage time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation: Individually (1 person), as a duo (2 persons) or as a group (from 3 persons, maximum 7 persons)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stage time: 1 &#8211; 3 minutes (individual), 1 &#8211; 5 minutes (duo), 1 &#8211; 7 minutes (group)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stagehands: Helpers are allowed, but must not contribute too much to the performance (e.g. only setting up).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costume: Manga, Anime, Games, Movies, J-Rock, J-Pop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maximum stage time may not be exceeded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanying music and stage directions must be submitted with the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The evaluation takes place in <em>one<\/em> round:<\/strong><br\/>One round takes place on stage (evaluation of the performance). <br\/>This competition focuses on the<strong>acting skills<\/strong>of the cosplayer. The aim is to <strong>portray the character&#8217;s essence<\/strong> true to the work. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">Competition procedure<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The exact date and time of the competition will be announced shortly.  <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All participants must<strong>punctually 15 minutes before the start <\/strong>of the competition at the meeting point. Groups must be complete (attendance will be checked). A no-show will be understood as a withdrawal. The map of the meeting point will be sent with the start number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the participant needs someone to look after their personal belongings, this person may also stay in the backstage area. If necessary, the competition management must be consulted.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All participants are requested not to leave the stage immediately before the start of the performance and afterwards! A <strong>group photo<\/strong> of all participants follows!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cosplayers will receive a<strong>start number<\/strong> after registration. This start number is<strong>binding<\/strong>, as it determines the order of appearance on stage.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We ask all cosplayers not to use the sanitary facilities as changing rooms. <br\/>As changing rooms are only available to a limited extent, we kindly ask you to dress, style and apply make-up at home or in your hotel room if possible.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>This is how the competition works on stage:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentation of the jury  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation of the performances  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stage appearances according to starting numbers  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the last participant, group photo of all cosplayers (approx. 3 minutes) on stage  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bow and exit from the stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" id=\"bewertungsablauf\">Evaluation process<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The evaluation takes place on stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The jury awards points on the basis of the evaluation sheet for the overall appearance and selected details in the acting performance. The focus is on the acting skills; the aim is to portray the character&#8217;s essence as faithfully as possible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The winner is the participant or team with the highest total number of points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each participant is allotted 5 &#8211; 10 minutes, <strong>depending<\/strong> on the number of participants and the size of the groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no separate category for group sizes.
