{"id":32643,"date":"2021-03-13T20:41:32","date_gmt":"2021-03-13T19:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aninite.at\/bedingungen-gewinnspiele\/"},"modified":"2026-04-15T20:35:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T18:35:00","slug":"raffle-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.aninite.at\/en\/info-3\/raffle-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Competition conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"72\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aninite.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/PageTitelBanner.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34807\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>The following conditions apply to participation in a competition on our social media channels:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residents with permanent residence in Austria or Germany are eligible to take part in the competition on <a href=\"http:\/\/facebook.com\/AniNite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/aninite_official\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the competition is free, voluntary and without obligation for the participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal recourse is excluded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AniNite reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions from participation with immediate effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of the prize in cash or in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons is not possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the winner has been announced, they must contact us via the relevant social media channel within 3 days.
