Certain rules apply at AniNite’25, which come into force upon entering the event site
§ 1 The promoters, organizers, helpers and security personnel are identified by
special T-shirts and/or con passes. The instructions of these persons must be followed at all times. Any disruption of the event may result in charges being brought in accordance with §285 StGB.
§ 2 An admission fee must be paid to attend the event. The fee is determined by the organizer and is not negotiable. Upon payment of the admission fee, the visitor receives a visitor’s pass. This must be worn visibly on the body and can be checked at any time by the organizer or an authorized person.
§ 3 The organizer has the right to exclude persons from the event who violate the house rules, cause a nuisance to other event visitors or disrupt the event. There is no right to a refund of any admission fee paid.
§ 4 The making of image and/or sound recordings at the event is generally permitted until revoked, with the exception of recordings in toilet facilities and changing rooms without the prior knowledge of the person being recorded. Event visitors accept that there is a possibility that photographs and/or video recordings may be made of them during the event and that these may be published. There is no entitlement to payment for this, nor
is there any right to object to publication.
§ 4.1 For the production of image and/or sound recordings for press activities (as well as for any other type of intended press activity), a press agreement (request at contact) must be filled out completely and with correct information, signed and sent to the event manager (or a designated person via contact ) and approved.
§ 4.2 EXPLOITATION RIGHTS – CONSENT OF THE VISITOR TO THE EXPLOITATION OF ANY RECORDINGS MADE OF HIM/HER
Any person entering the premises agrees to the free recording of sound and images, which may be used free of charge by means of direct or delayed video display, direct or delayed transmission or other transmission or recording, photographs or other current and/or future media technologies.
Any person entering the premises acknowledges that they may make and/or transmit audio and/or visual recordings for private use only. In any case, it is strictly forbidden to transmit audio and/or visual material in whole or in part via the Internet, radio, television or other present and/or future media, or to assist other persons in carrying out such activities. This does not apply to representatives of the press and electronic media who have accreditation from the organizer.
In the case of TV broadcasts and other recordings, the visitor grants the broadcasting TV station his consent that the recordings made by him during or in connection with the event may be exploited without compensation and without time or space restrictions by means of any technical process.
The privacy of every person should be respected. Any violation will be punished and prosecuted by the authorities.
§ 5 Weapons: The separately posted weapons rules are valid for the entire event area and event period.

Objects that meet this definition will be taken into custody by the security personnel at least until leaving the event (if possession of the object is not permitted in Austria, the object will be handed over to the Austrian executive).
If the person resists the confiscation, they will be expelled from the event in accordance with § 3 of the house rules. Bag checks are authorized by the authorities and must therefore be accepted.
§ 7 Excluded from the restrictions of § 5 and § 6 are all persons authorized by the organizer (e.g. martial arts demonstrators) and members of the Austrian executive on duty.
§ 8 The carrying, consumption or passing on of addictive substances in accordance with Art. 1 of the Narcotics Act is prohibited. The organizer is obliged to report any violation. Persons who possess addictive substances at the event will also be excluded from the event in accordance with § 3 of the house rules.
