Cosplay Champions is an international cosplay competition. The goal is to hold qualifying events at conventions in each participating country and bring their champions to the finals where they compete for the Cosplay Champions Cup. The finals are held in a different country each year to promote the partner events around the world.
Our goal from the beginning has been to build friendship and cooperation between the partner events and give their cosplayers the opportunity to travel to the conventions. We realized that there are many international cosplay competitions, but most of them only serve to promote the one event where the finals are held every year. That’s why we decided to organize our own international contest that works like an independent championship, with the finals being held in a different country and at a different convention every year.

Cosplay Champions is organized by an organizing committee made up of members from each partner event. We select experienced experts as judges for our competition to expertly and independently assess the costumes, their quality and the role play. These assessments are carried out according to our RULES to ensure the same level of quality and independence every year. This also applies to the final rounds. Partner events are free to organize their qualifying competitions according to their cosplay rules, but they must take into account that the winning costume must also qualify for the finals according to the rules.

Conditions of participation

• You must be present on the day of the competition.
• If you are unable to attend the award ceremony, please report to the information stand and leave your contact details.
• Prizes willNEVERbe forwarded abroad!
• The entry form must be filled outCOMPLETELY.
• By registering, you give us permission to stream your performance live and use the videos later.
• Shorts or “safety pants” must be worn under skirts or dresses.
• Obviously violent or pornographic images will be disqualified.
• Last minute registrations on site areNOTpossible.
• Violations of the competition rules can lead to exclusion from the competition!
