Do you have what it takes to make the internet (or at least AniNite) shake? Are you the first to turn the latest seasonal trend into a viral masterpiece? Then now is your chance! We’re looking for the funniest, cleverest and most absurd memes of 2026– whether you’re a Photoshop pro or simply captioning a legendary cell phone photo with an impact font – it’s the message and the laugh factor that counts!

Conditions of participation
- If you are unable to attend the award ceremony, please report to the information stand and leave your contact details.
- You can also provide the contact details of a representative (full name of the person; the person must be able to identify themselves)!
- Prices are NEVER sent abroad!
- The entry form must be COMPLETELY filled out. Incomplete forms will result in exclusion from the competition.
- With your submission, you agree that your meme will be shown on the Gallery Wall during AniNite and published on the AniNite social media channels and website.
All rights to the work remain with you! - Your meme may only be shared publicly after the winner has been announced.
Set of rules
- Closing date: 12.07.2026, 11:59 pm
- One entry per participant will be accepted.
- The submission must be uploaded via a cloud platform (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Make sure that the link is shared with everyone with the link.
- The accepted file formats are .png, .jpg, .gif (not animated). We do not accept videos.
- The meme must have been created by you.
- Please do not submit any sexist, racist, political or otherwise offensive memes.
- We reserve the right to exclude memes that are inappropriate or violate the rules from the contest.
Competition & evaluation process
All memes submitted by the deadline will be evaluated by a jury using a points system.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony (date to be announced).
