The following conditions apply when participating in a raffle on our social media channels:
- Residents with permanent residence in Austria or Germany are invited to participate in the competition on Facebook and Instagram.
- Participation in the raffle is free, voluntary and without obligation for the participants.
- The legal process is excluded.
- AniNite reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the terms and conditions of the raffle with immediate effect.
- Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons is not feasible.
- After the announcement of the winner, they must contact us within 3 days via the respective social media channel. If the winner does not respond within this period, we reserve the right to determine a new winner.
- If the contact details provided by the winner (postal address, email, …) are incorrect, AniNite is not obliged to locate correct addresses.
Further conditions of participation, such as the duration of the competition, prize conditions, etc., will be announced in the respective competition.
The data provided by the participants to participate in the raffle and the data provided by the winners to receive the prizes will only be used to process and manage the competition and will not be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising purposes without the consent of the participant.
The provisions of the privacy policy apply.
