After you have ordered your ticket, you will receive an automatic mail with a transaction ID and payment instruction, which you have to make by bank transfer. With the transaction ID you can make a status query at any time via https://vvk.animanga.at/AN/Tracking. As soon as the status of your ticket has changed, i.e. as soon as we have received your money, you can see this via the status query and you will also receive a mail. Check your spam folder too!
